The “Expression” cuvée of 2019 comes from beautiful parcels of Cabernet Franc, fully destemmed, vinified, and aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. True to its name, it perfectly illustrates the expression of the terroir and the characteristics of the grape variety, resulting in a fine, mineral, and fruity wine. The intense garnet color of the robe illuminates the glass. The bouquet, both subtle and complex, reveals aromas of fresh hay, black and red fruits with hints of mint and licorice. Elegant and smooth, the palate offers a supple texture with very fine tannins. The finish unveils explosive fruit flavors over a striking mineral background.
