The Premier Cru Les Serpentières is located near Savigny-lès-Beaune, on a south-facing slope with limestone-rich, rocky soil, perfect for pinot noir. Following manual harvests, the wine undergoes traditional vinification, with temperature control and aging in oak barrels. The result is an elegant Premier Cru from Domaine Javillier, displaying rich red and black fruit flavors, rounded texture, and well-integrated tannins.
