After partial destemming, it matured for 18 months in older demi-muids. Concentrated and medium-bodied, it initially reveals ripe black raspberry fruit, toasted spice, garrigue, and leather, although it’s somewhat reserved and backward. This wine benefits from serveral years of cellaring.
