Damien Hugot is an incredibly passionate Champagne maker in Epernay. His vineyards are located in the Grand Cru regions of Cramant and Chouilly. Damien produces a very elegant Grand Cru Champagne made exclusively from Chardonnay: Blanc de Blancs. The Champagne matures for about 30-36 months on the lees. It’s pure finesse, soft, and round on the palate.
