Cape Mentelle, Cabernet Sauvignon 2010
$700.00
The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon displays a deep garnet-purple colour and initially presents with subtle aromas of fresh blackberries, blueberries, and cassis, alongside hints of pencil lead, coffee, and oak. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, exhibiting a taut and muscular structure with firm, grainy tannins and crisp acidity. Flavors of cassis and toasty notes are supported by this structure, leading to a long and slightly earthy finish.
